Stratechgy (Stra Technologies) follows a strict no-refund policy. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that all payments are final.
1. Non-Refundable Fees
All fees paid for courses, workshops, subscriptions, or any digital product are non-refundable. This includes partial payments or installments.
2. Exceptions
Refunds are only applicable in limited cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical issues caused by Stratechgy that prevent course access for more than 7 consecutive days
In such cases, users must submit a written refund request with valid proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
3. Course Access and Responsibility
Once enrolled, users are responsible for completing their course within the given duration. Failure to attend live sessions, submit assignments, or complete the course will not qualify for a refund or credit.
4. Changes to the Refund Policy
